ALTENEW A YEAR IN REVIEW BLOG HOP + GIVEAWAY

Hello and Welcome! I’m Maryám and I'm so excited to be a part of the Altenew A Year in Review Blog Hop. If you are coming from Amanda Baldwin, you are in the right place! :) Your next stop in the hop is the lovely LauraJane. If you get lost, you can always go back to the Altenew Card Blog or check out the entire blog hop list at the end of this post. There is also a fun giveaway, so be sure to read all the way to the end!

This blog hop is a little bit different than usual because we are not releasing new products, instead, we are sharing our favorite Altenew projects from 2019. I have always been a huge fan of Altenew! Their diversity, elegance, and awesome innovative products are my favorite and always keep me inspired to create something new. This year, in particular, was very exciting for me because back in January I got the chance to attend Creativation 2019, visit the Altenew booth and met Tasnim and May.
A month later, I started collaborating with Altenew and a few months after I got an invitation to join the Altenew Scrapbook Design Team. I have been so blessed to be a part of this company and it really is a dream come true for me and I’m so grateful for this opportunity.

Okay now let's move onto my 4 favorite scrapbook projects (btw, I guess I will have to create another project of my favorite cards 2019 lol). I also wanted to mention that these projects are in no particular order. Enjoy!

First Project- "Love Summer" Layout
I created this layout for the October 2019 Stencil/Washi Tape/Die Cut Tape Release Blog Hop and featured the Calming Bouquet Washi Tape to create a floral wreath on the page. In addition to that, I used the Golden Dots Calming adhered to a paper, and I used it to frame my photo. You can read the original post HERE.

Second Project- "At the Park" Layout
I made this layout for the August 2019 Stamp/Die/Stencil Altenew Release Blog Hop and featured the beautiful Antique Roses Stamp Set along with its coordinating die set. I also heat embossed some leaves form the Leaf Clusters Stamp Set onto some vellum paper using the Antique Gold Embossing Powder. You can read the original post HERE.

Third Project- "Happiness" Layout
I created this layout for the Altenew October 2019 Sketch Challenge and featured one of my favorite layered stamp sets from this year, Sunflower Daisy, to create a floral wreath. In addition, I used the Beautiful Day Stamp Set, and heat embossed some leaves using Altenew Antique Gold Embossing Powder on to vellum paper, and for the title, I used "Happiness" from the BAF Crocus Set. You can read the original post HERE.

Fourth Project- "Love this Life" Layout
I made this layout for the Live Your Dream Scrapbook Collection Release Blog Hop. I documented a photo of Tasnim, May, and I at Creativation 2019 and used different products from the Live Your Dream collection. You can check out the process video HERE and read the original post HERE.
