Happy New Year! I’m Maryám and I'm so excited to be a part of the Altenew Build-A-Flower Triumph Tulip Release Blog Hop. If you are coming from Laurie Willison, you are in the right place! :) Your next stop in the hop is the lovely Ashlea Cornell. If you get lost, you can always go back to the Altenew Card Blog or check out the entire blog hop list at the end of this post. There is also a fun giveaway, so be sure to read all the way to the end!
I love tulips and the Altenew's representation of the triumph tulips is just beautiful! The easy layering and the gorgeous greenery to accompany the tulip are the perfect combinations to create stunning projects. And guess what?! There is more. Altenew has also put together an ink set to help you build your flowers. Awesome, right?!
In case you don't know, there is also a monthly subscription plan for our Build-A-Flower set. When signed up, you are guaranteed a spot in our monthly BAF releases and will receive a set each month - at a specially discounted price! ($35.00 →$29.99)
For my card, I went with a simple design since I wanted to highlight the beautiful tulips. To build the tulips I used the Sugar Plums Ink Set (which includes- Pale Mauve, Amethyst, Grape Agate, and Plum) and my all-time favorite green family, Green Fields. For the sentiment, I used "You Amaze Me" from the BAF Triumph Tulip set and heat embossed with Pure White Embossing Powder on black cardstock.
