DOODLEBUG DESIGN: FUN DAY CHRISTMAS LAYOUT

Hey there! Have you seen the cute ornaments from the Christmas Magic Odds&EndsTM pack? I think they might be the cutest ones and I totally adore them, and I also have to say that today's project was inspired by them.

To create my layout, I started by pulling out the 6 x 6 paper pack from the Christmas Magic collection to create some origami stars. I have had this idea in my head for quite some time and I thought that this was the perfect time to give it a try. I am definitely not an expert in origami, so I searched on YouTube for some origami stars and found a tutorial that helped me create the stars.

Once I finished the stars, I added onto each one of them some little bows that I made using the doodle twineTM Ladybug and also coordinating color SprinklesTM in the center. Next, I positioned the stars on my page and decided to include some 3D ornaments from the doodle-popsTM Deck The Halls Set.

For the title, I used both Abigail Black Cardstock Stickers and Teensy Type Beetle Black Cardstock Stickers to spell out "Fun day", adhered all the letters onto vellum paper and then cut around them. 

To finish the page, I added some hand stitching details and some word stickers This and That 12 x 12 Cardstock Stickers.
