Even though I'm not a sewer, I immediately got excited when I learned that Altenew was going to be releasing fabric as it opens a huge world of possibilities. My mom is an expert in this area, so she was a big help when putting together these projects. For this project, decided to make a cat collar bandana. It's super easy to make and doesn't require much fabric either.
Here is our cat wearing her new collar bandana. She is a very crazy kitty so she loves to run around the house and the patio. We didn't let her keep the bandana after she went out to the patio but she will definitely be wearing this for special occasions!
We then created a second one for our other cat. He wasn't so happy about the photos but he certainly looked great with his little collar bandana.
For my second project, I wanted to make a pouch that will help me keep some of my essential crafting supplies whenever I have to travel. We searched together with my mom for some video tutorials on YouTube and we were able to put together this cute zipper pouch. It's about 10 x 7 inches and it can fit a lot of stuff on the inside!
$300 in total prizes! To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 2 lucky winners and a $25 gift certificate to 8 winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or each designer’s blog post on the blog hop list below by 02/23/2022 for a chance to win. Altenew will draw 10 random winners from the comments left on each stop of this blog hop and announce the winners on the Altenew Winners Page on 02/25/2022.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you liked the projects I shared and inspired you to create something new. Also, don’t forget that if you have any questions just leave me a comment or send me an email. I’ll be happy to help you.
