JILLIBEAN SOUP: MAKE A MIX THE MEDIA PROJECT WITH ME

Hello, Friends! Maryám here with you and today I am going to be sharing how to make a mix the media project perfect for all of those creative people out there.

First of all, you need to gather all of your supplies. For this project, I used a piece of 6 1/2” x 8” inches of recycled cardboard as my base, a Jillibean Soup Silhouette Shape with a super fun phrase, and also a few other things that you will see in the image below.

Since I didn’t want to use the actual color of the cardboard, I covered it with a gingham pattern paper from the Garden Harvest Collection. You can also paint it instead if you want to.

Once I finished that step, I put the phrase I previously cut on black vinyl into the transfer paper and adhered it to the cardboard.

Next, I chose to use three felt flowers and some green felt leaves as well. Even though all of these items come with adhesive on the back I use my hot glue gun to adhere them just to make sure they won’t fall in the future.

In the end, I added some Pea Pod Parts and some vellum leaves, and that finished up my project.

I hope you liked this idea and I hope you give it a try as well. I can’t wait to see what you guys create!
