Hello and Welcome! I’m Maryám and I'm so excited to be a part of the Altenew Build-A-Flower Crocus Release Blog Hop. If you are coming from Altenew Scrapbook Blog, you are in the right place! :) Your next stop in the hop is Jaycee Gaspar. If you get lost, you can always go back to the Altenew Card Blog or check out the entire blog hop list at the end of this post. There is also a fun giveaway, so be sure to read all the way to end!
In case you haven't noticed yet, I am a huge fan of Altenew floral stamp sets and this month's flower is Crocus. I absolutely love this fun flower and the stamp set and die set is great as well. And guess what?! Altenew has also put together an ink set to help you build your flowers. Awesome, right?!
Project 1 – You bring happiness into my life Layout: For my first project, I created a layout and positioned my flowers in a diagonal way. On the top left side, I added my photo as well as the title that I made with the sentiments from the BAF Crocus Stamp Set, and on the bottom right side, I added my journaling and the date of the photo.
Project 2 – Wishing you happiness Card: For this card, I created a cluster of two flowers and some leaves in the center on my card. I stamped the sentiment on vellum paper using permanent black ink and added some sequins around the card. For the background, I used a wood texture paper from the Essential Rock Collection 6x6 Paper Pack.
